Winnie's Anagram

I'm going out on a limb and saying that the final anagram for the game is messed up. I think one of the Cs has to be a U. The answer would then be, "Stolen Quidditch World Cup trophy."

If I'm wrong, then I have no clue what the answer is!

More About Me

Yarn Preferences

I'm crazy about all kinds of yarn. I don't have any allergies and love all different types of fibers from merino to cotton to alpaca to bamboo. Generally speaking, the softer the yarn is, the more I like it. Malabrigo is a particular favorite of mine. I have a huge favorites list of patterns on Ravelry encompassing everything from bulky weight projects to lace weight, so I will use anything sent to me! The only kind of yarn I wouldn't like to receive is novelty-type stuff like Fun Fur and really cheap acrylic like Red Heart Super Saver.

Needles and Hooks

I knit and crochet. My favorite knitting needles are Knit Picks Harmony Wood. I like wooden and metal crochet hooks. I keep my hook and needle list on Ravelry up to date, so you can check on what I have or don't have over there.

Colors

My favorite colors are green, blue, gray, purple and pink. I tend to like cool colors as opposed to warm ones, but nice bright jewel tones are wonderful in any hue.

Food

I love chocolate and almost all types of candy (especially those gummy peach rings with marshmallow on the bottom). I don't have any allergies. I'm a big tea and hot cocoa drinker and I don't like coffee very much. My favorite snack is popcorn. I dislike candy that will stick in my teeth like Dots and Butterfingers. I also don't like white chocolate.

Other Favorites

I was an English major in Muggle college and I love books of every type from the classics to romance novels. I love book recommendations from other people because they expose me to works I might not have picked up on my own. I collect pens from different places. I love all animals, but especially bumblebees, birds and seahorses. I also have a deep fascination with anything relating to ancient Egypt.
